FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
(FAQ) & TESTIMONIALS
We do not pay
customers in any way for their testimonials. These comments were
received from our satisfied customers. I know that when buying a
new product, it is always good to hear from other persons who have
used the product before. Therefore we have asked our customers to
give a brief testimony of our products. One of joys of offering
a neat, inexpensive product that really save money is reading the
unsolicited testimonials they send in.

FAQ
HOW TO SELECT
A GOOD LASER CARTRIDGE RECHARGING/REMANUFACTURING COMPANY.
Here are some questions to ask before you decide on a cartridge
company.
Q.
Will my equipment warranty be void by using Recharged toner
cartridges.
A.
DEFINITELY NOT! The laser is an independent Part of your equipment.
It is illegal to require the owner of a COPIER or LASER PRINTER
to use only OEMs brand of supplies to make this requirement
is in voiation of the SHERMAN & CLAYTON ANTITRUST ACTS. A Service
Representative cannot legally require, in writing or verbally, that
the owner of a copier or laser printer exclusively purchase his/her
supplies. To do this he must demonstrate and prove that these other
brands are incompatible, and since all cartridges for all laser
printer are manufactured by Canon Corporation it is impossible to
make this claim.
Q.
How many times can my cartridge be recharged with no loss of quality?
A.
Three times was the norm, but that has changed with introduction
of the new LONG LIFE drums which now varies. Some of our cartridges
with the new drums have been recycled 20 times. The new range from
10-15 recycles. Several factors Contribute to the life of the cartridge.
>> 1) The quality of the cartridge
from the factory.
>> 2) The environment around
the cartridge while in or out of the printer. eg. temperature changes.
>> 3) The drum life may be reduced
if the cartridge is allowed to run completely dry of toner.
>> 4) The manner in which the
cartridge is stored after it was removed from the printer or copier.
>> 5) If any of the cartridges
are tampered with before or after use. The drum is very sensitive
and any >>>>exposure to
light or sunlight can cause immediate failure.
Q. Do your cartridges have holes
in them?
A.
We are not drillers and fillers. We do not simply drill a hole in
a toner compartment, put in toner And tape it shut. Our recycled
cartridge go through a 50 step proven procedure before they are
ready for delivery.
Q.
What steps are taken by a good recharging company to ensure a quality
recharged cartridge?
A.
First a good company should test your cartridge in a laser printer
like the one you use. The cartridge is then completely disassembled,
the toner bin waste well and drum is cleaned, inspected repaired
if necessary. Then it is refilled with equal or better quality toner
to that of the OEMs. Finally, it is retested for quality and
the test copy is returned with the cartridge. This time consuming
procedure is absolutely necessary to ensure quality and customer
satisfaction.
Q.
Will I obtain extra copies from a recharged cartridge?
A.
We guarantee 20% more copies than the OEMs cartridge. More
copies may be obtained from our cartridge depending on the amount
of toner coverage per page. eg. regular letters gives more / graphics
gives less but 20% more still applies over the OEMs cartridge.
Q.
Will the same cartridge that I turned in be returned to me?
A.
Yes! All cartridges we handle are indexed and serial numbered for
tracking. This will ensure you that you get the full use of your
cartridge. eg. Number of refills. For more information or to make
an appointment call us at T. P. G., Inc., your authorized Alpha
